Fetty Wap is officially stepping back into the spotlight, teasing his upcoming album Zavier, which is set to drop on March 27.
After being released from prison earlier this January, the New Jersey rapper is ready to begin a new chapter in his career. On March 16, he confirmed that Zavier will serve as his fourth studio album and his first full-length project since King Zoo in 2023.
In a recent statement, Fetty shared how grateful he is to be back, thanking his fans, family, and team for sticking by him during his time away. The project is shaping up to reflect a more personal and evolved mindset.
To build anticipation, Fetty also released a black-and-white trailer, giving fans a deeper look into his thoughts and emotions. In the clip, he opens up about how fame once made him lose touch with his true identity, explaining that the silence after everything fades can hit harder than losing money. He continued the rollout on Instagram, posting monochrome visuals along with a caption that compared his current creative energy to the time he was working on Trap Queen—the breakout hit that launched his career. Check out the post here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DV8TKPXEf0x/
Zavier will feature 17 tracks, with guest appearances being kept under wraps until release day. According to Fetty, this album represents growth, reflection, and a renewed focus on delivering positive vibes through his music.
To celebrate the release, he’ll also be hitting the stage, starting with a sold-out hometown show at The Wellmont Theater on April 4.
